Summer Camps

Since 1995, Environmental Connections has offered a one-week summer camp at the Mac Johnson Wildlife Area.

This August camp, for children ages 7 to 11, is designed to help children discover their connection with all living things. Children will explore and experience the outdoors through fun, hands-on activities. Guest speakers, a fieldtrip, games, music, writing, drama, and lots of time exploring nature provide a truly magical experience for the participants.

Qualified staff lead children through these hands on activities, introduce environmental concepts and culminate the week with an action project.

The cost is $125 per child.
