Science & Social Studies
(gr: 1 - all year)

An interactive guided tour and student activities will encourage students to: describe, identify and classify animals indigenous to the region; identify unique physical features of the community, places people work and describe their technologies, tools and vehicles.

Science & Social Studies
(gr: 2 - all year)

An interactive guided tour and student activities will encourage students to: describe the environment that supports growth; identify major characteristics and classify, using observational characteristics, a variety of animals unique to the region; demonstrate an understanding of the many cultures and identify ways in which heritage and traditions are passed on in the communities

Social Studies
(gr: 3 - all year)

An interactive guided tour and student activities will introduce students to the First Nation peoples and early settlers in upper Canada circa 1800, where they lived and lifestyle.
